| Congrats on becoming a grandfather. I still have 2 grandfathers alive in their 80s. One hasn't retired as a real estate attorney and the other is difficult right now because of Alzheimer's. |

Congrats! I have a 3 yrld Granddaughter and another on the way. It's awesome when she comes over to visit. Pre mixed cookie dough to make cookies does wonders keeping them occupied for a bit.
