Does anyone know if they stock Batterson with walleye yearly? Because i went today and talked to a guy who had one in his boat and he told me that they havent stocked it in 4 years or so. Is this true? |

i believe that is true. i know they stocked a few lakes and ponds with em. but i don't think it was something that they continued doing on an annual basis, like they do trout.
just like the channel catfish stockings, its not a sought after fish like the trout is. so there's not as great of a need to keep up with the stocking.
i don't know all the details, just goin by what i've heard, but if anyone can shed some light on the situation, i'd love to know as well _________________ ...of all the liars among mankind, the fisherman is the most trustworthy.

They used to stock the Housy above the dam with them and list that lake as a Walleye lake, now they dont even list Walleye as being in there??????? Whats up with that, did they die or get fished out? _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....
