Went there from 3:30 until 8:30 yesterday on the Shelton side and only got 3 hits all day and one of them was from a Shad which O know this as I saw it happen right in front of me about 12" from shore. I didnt see anyone bring anything in and they even opened up so the water was running good. Ive been going there at like 4 in the morning before work also with nothing to show either. I did have a very nice keeper on the other morn for about 4 seconds but I was way up on the rocks, lost my balance when it hit and never got to set the hook very well. Very slow still but some caught here and there. Caught and released a 32" and a 26" 3 Friday or Saturadays ago late night fishing, cant remember which it was now.

5 years what, prison? Went down to the dam gain today for about 2 hours, nothing again and the wind was brutal!! I was not dressed for this today and split after that 2 hours, it probably got better right when I left as the sun was just starting to set and they had just opened the gates to increase the flow. With that damn wind though I was freezing! So freakin tired of all this wind~!!!!! The last few times Ive gone fishin I keep forgetting sunscreen and its really starting to show and now feel! The only thing Ive sen caught all weekend in the approx 13 hours there was a decent carp today that a guy next to me snagged through the side with a swimmer!! It was his first time fishing there with braid and lost 2 big lures on the cast. I snagged 1 for him with a cast and another guy downstream retrieved another and then I showed him how to tie braid as he was just tying it like his shoelaces!
