once again, and today even in the big boat, i just gave up fighting the wind and rain. it started off nice with some breaks of sun, but quickly deteriorated into our friendly north/northeast 15-20mph in the main lake.
still, i experimented with some new points and found 3 quality bass in a little over 2 hours. dissapointed that the front turned the bite off so quick, my heart wasnt into the weather conditions. again i stuck with a jerkbait, but jigged one or two big trees with no results for the heck of it.
water temps are at 49 degrees, levels seem normal.
heard rumblings of a tournament being there this weekend, and with 10 boats EASY at the launch today, i would bet thats the case.
