Had another great bass T on Lake Murray this past Saturday. Bass have already spawned and are now targeting the blue herring on rocky points. Got 2 nice bass on a Lucky Craft pointer 78, then caught the rest on a wacky rigged Strike King Shim E stick. I might be the only guy fishing that down here. Seems to work. Partner had never fished it wacky style before.
Had to make LONG casts as the water is super clear and if the bass see you they won't bite.
Took 1st place with 17.19lbs and BF at 4.81lbs. 2nd place had 13.57lbs.
On a roll for sure. Hope it keeps up!
