using white flukes on jigs heads managed around 12 smallies to 3 pounds and 7 schoolies to 24 inches. ct river windsor locks area from shore. fishing slow and low.

What oz jigs? Were they bucktails or just jig heads?

what side of the shore? WL or EW? near the rt140 bridge or rt 91 bridge? I caught a couple of smallmouth 2 summers ago near the 91 bridge where the canal meets the river off those pilings.
