Plan on trying some shore fishing goin tomorrow but havent fished in the morning/ afternoon in so long.
Any suggestions or reports for early in the day? Is it going to be dead by lunch time?
Really only been fishing at night, so no idea on how to approach tomorrow. Sound like a beginner, i know, but this will be my first day fishing of the season, so looking for any pointers or direction. |

If you have a small boat with or without a trolling motor I would suggest that you stay in Ridgefield and try out Lake Mamanesco. It is a shallow lake and warms up quickly. I was there 2 weeks ago during the warm spell and caught a mess of black crappies and several LM bass. My buddy and I landed a total of 17 plus some other species. |

When all else fails, throw a 1/16 ounce round jighead with a 2-1/2 ounce Gulp! Minnow. It'll catch anything. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

Sanford's Pond in Danbury. Drench yourself in DEET beforehand. _________________ Kira

LoL recently, no last april..... bahahaha
Jk though because, I have had an issue at west lake part of the year.
If it was bad last years its probably bad this year.
I am not saying dont go protected.
I was just stating that DEET is bad for you but, so is lyme =P which was 1st found / named in lyme Connecticut.
Isolongifolenone, a natural compound found in the Tauroniro tree (Humiria balsamifera) of South America, has been found to effectively deter biting of mosquitoes and to repel tick
Permethrin is a man-made version of an insect repellent found in chrysanthemum plants. The molecule repels a variety of biting insects including flies, ants, chiggers, mosquitoes, and ticks
A QUICK SEARCH AND I FOUND THIS
