Hi,

Thought March was suppose to come in like a Lion and go out like a Lamb Question

This weird Wx pattern started last year and just keeps coming!

Wonder what else we will have to endure for the remainder of this year?

Oh yeah! Almost forgot......December 21,2012 Laughing

Yeah, what a crappy day. At least Im stuck home today and not some beautiful day. My dog had to go in for an emergency surgery this morning and I have to stay home and wait for the call from them stating what it is and how much this will set me back.

It was a 20 degree difference from this Thursday to last Thursday. I was hoping today would have been nicer. With it being Holy week, and me coaching my daughter's soccer team and Opening Day next week I don't see myself getting out at all next week. Hopefully it warms back up for the following week and the fish start moving back in from staging areas.

Went yesterday and only got one minimal bite on a hair jig and I was really working for it. They have slowed down for sure.

Hi Wade,

So very sorry to hear that.
Had the same happen to my last Gordon Setter ... "Decatur".
Cancer in his left leg.

I really really feel for you!
I know how very hard it is to do what must be done.
Went thru it twice and each time it ripped my heart apart.

Tell you though -> I firmly belive there is a Doggie Heaven"
Has to be for such wonderful and faithful companions!

Take care,

At least this is something were I know I have a little more time to spend with him unlike finding your animal dead or something to that nature. Bought him a bunch of steaks and some munchkins. Munchkins are to slip his pain pills into.

Hi Wade,

Aw Man! You really took me back and made me shed some tears....really!

That's exactly what I did with "Decatur" ....Steaks and some of his favorite treats.
Went to sleep with his head in my lap.

When you said that...I didn't even have to guess how much that dog means to you.
!00% unconditional LOVE Exclamation

What's his name?

Again, Take care,

His name is Thor. I just hope he makes it until next Friday without suffering too much or Ill have to do it sooner. He's pretty sore now after being handled a lot for xrays and such. I just hope Im not being to greedy by keeping him until Friday after watching him trying to walk after the ordeal today. Much worse then when I dropped him off!
