Man, you get around! Nice fish. I'd love to fish down in Islamorada one day. I want to catch a 100 pound tarpon. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

Way to go AB. Nice pike and the only fish caught on that trip, correct? _________________ “Don't tell fish stories where the people know you; but particularly, don't tell them where they know the fish.” Mark Twain

He was in Hamburg Cove, which is the biggest jar of pickerels in the state.
Serously, though, I've heard of northern pike and brown trout being caught in Hamburg Cove, but have never seen any. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

Nice Jack, I caught one a few years back in Islamorada tarpon fishing. Man those things put up a hell of a fight. Phil you definitely have to get down there for tarpon it's truly an experience. Biggest I caught was about 80lb's it's like hooking on to an old chevy. Next time I go i'd like to try for goliath grouper _________________ Bad fish! Not like going down to the pond and chasing bluegills and tommycod. This shark, swallow ya whole. Little shakin', little tenderizin', down you go. |
