Looking for a 7'6 - 8' swimbait rod,..if anyone has one they want to unload, let me know please!
Ps: I'm talking about real swimbaits that weight several ounces,...not those 5" hollow soft plastic things!

I don't have one for sale but I will recommend that St.Croix Wild River 8ft XH Salmon casting rod. Rated 2-6oz and the rod doesn't even flex when I launch the 8inch huddlestons. Using it for flipping forget it you don't even need to set the hook! Laughing The best part about the rod is it only weighs 7.7 ounces...

Mark

Are you getting back into bass fishing or setting up for stripers? It would be great to have someone of your prowess back to bass fishing.

Sorry Mark,..just stripers at this point. I haven't found a saltwater rod that I like as well as my freshwater swimbait rods,..so that's what I use. I'm in the market for another rod or two now for my son!
No plans to do any LMB fishing right now unless I can get my dad to move back here,....then maybe! Cool

Thanks for the reply Mark, and good luck chasing the line-siders.
