I'll be fishing keeney cove this weekend. I hope it is not too flooded come sunday. Any one else going too?

I also went yesterday and it was ridiculously flooded. Will be for a while until all the run off from up north goes through.

I didn't get to go. I usually like to fish off shore of the cove and someone put a no trespassing sign. I am very upset. Does anyone own this cove!!!

The road is now WELL above water. The river dropped VERY quickly this year...has me worried about the rest of the year...

snap fisher777 - UConn publishes maps of the open spaces in Connecticut. Here's a map of the area around Keeney Cove. The blue areas that are slightly darker than the water are labeled as "Municipally-owned parcels", which means that they're owned or controlled by the Town of Glastonbury. The gold areas are owned by land trusts, generally to preserved as open space. If the posted area where you like to fish isn't in a blue or gold area, then you're out of luck because a private landowner has the right to restrict access to it:
