Nice fish bud!! I'll be heading up there the weekend after easter, which as the weekend before opening day. I don't flyfish myself, but i tie all my own flies. We drop shot em, with pretty damn good success, i might add. My only worry about this trip is goin up hittin steelies in the double digits one weekend, then the next hittin trout in the local streams... considering the size difference and all that, think the new york trip may ruin opening day for me. haha.
Tyin up some san juan worms now to go hit the TMA area of the hockanum river. Might as well get some practice in before the season starts.
Again, awesome fish. And the Misses, hold on to that one.

Headed up there right now. Water is warming up quick dont know how great the rivers are gonna be most of the fish are already spawning or spawned out. Thinking that late will be hatchery dropbacks. Here are some more pics for ya'll. Enjoy....

Hi Billy,
If you bring any fillets back -> I'd be more than happy to smoke them for you !
My Rum brine and smoked in a 50/50 apple pecan wood chip mix.
It's what I use to do Kokamee!

Hi Billy,
Do you have Microsoft Office or anything like that on your PC.
If so -> you can down size pictures by percentage -> What I use and easy!
FYI: Let me know when your ready for me to smoke up the trout fillets for you!
