i will let everyone know what's up when i hear from the dep. i've never been to candlewood before so i might want to be a non-boater for the first time out. that's a long way for me to go but i'm definitely not counting it out. if someone wants to have it somewhere else than pull a permit for it and i would be happy to fish somewhere else depending on how far it is away. i don't know about having an almost 2 hour drive at 2 a.m. for me but like i said before i'm definitely not counting it out.

pull some permits for these places guys and we'll go fish them. i'm in for anywhere.

i'm not 100% sure yet guys but i may have to drop-out. i'm having some engine trouble with my boat now. i put a post up in the boat engine repair forum if anybody can help me it would be greatly appreciated. i'll keep everybody informed.

it seems to be fixed. i bought a new starter gear and installed it tonight and it seems to be up and running. the true test will be tomorrow. i still have not recieved the permits from the dep. i will let everyone know what's going on when i get them.

I fished with Nick today and he said something about he got new permits for the 11th. I have no idea. ill tell him to get on here tmw

My mom has a letter from the dep which I assume is the acceptance for the 11th. Shes opening it once shes done with work (in her car) and calling so we will be 100% by tonite.

I thought everyone wanted to do this at gardner? I cant see why they would denie us considering they give out 25 boat permits for night fishing all the time (8+10= 1 Cool

If you dont wanna fish speak up. Im doubting running these after my first one. No desire to pull hairs out of my own head for everyone when people wanna pull out because its not a certain lake. it'll be a good time had by all with some exceptional fish brought in (i hope) so come on down and join in.

sounds good to me chuck. i'm in for that one. it's up to NickP though. it is his tourney. i just put up the thread for it. do you think you can pull one by then? i still haven't gotten mine back for gardner that i sent out for nick and that was sent out on the 26th.

I could care less by now- id just rather do a night tourney in this heat.

I plan to fish on the 11th at night and hopefully a tourney. Bantam or garnder dont matter,
