Hi folks, I would like to have the packing nut on one of my driveshafts redone this spring before getting in the water and I am unsure if I want to attempt the job myself. Can anyone reccomend a mechanic around the Shelton area? I don't even know where to begin to look.
Thanks,

Need more info to recommend a mechanic? Isn't a packing nut the same as any other?
Thanks fishfinder, I wasn't aware they offered repair services. I'll have to look into it. |

Tom at TC marine has been doing my boat repairs and winterizations for years. I won't use anyone else. |
