Fished Witek Park in Derby for a couple hours this morning with some friends. Managed 6 Largemouth. Nothing too huge, but all put up a nice fight. Here are a few pics. They were all similar size.

All on a watermelon senko, wacky rigged. I was using a bigger hook and wasn't catching anything. I watched one follow it and move away. So I switched to one of those octopus hooks which was a lot smaller and lighter and the next cast, they started hitting. It must make the the worm fall slower. |
