Fished the AM, early - tons of very small bait everywhere - with some topwater action - Schoolie bass and small blues.
Finally caught some shad (landed one) - Ended up with 1 36" striper on Live porgy - jigged up some big porgies as well . All in all a slow day - but it was nice to be on the water, Lot's of boats gill netting the harbor - didn't see anyone with bunker. Back out Sunday AM weather permitting. |

Where there is one shad there must be two,good luck on sunday,the general has me building a retaining wall so I won't be out.
