Jeff Yates, president of the Mianus Chapter of Trout Unlimited in Connecticut, has self-published a new 200-page guide to the 20 trout rivers in Fairfield County. The guide contains detailed maps and descriptions of local streams and rivers, along with parking information and proven fishing tactics.

Thanks for the heads up. I picked up the book at Newtown B&T and gave it to my son for Christmas. He recently moved to Norwalk and likes to fly fish. The book looked well done and would be a help to anyone not familiar with the streams in Fairfield Cty.
