Fished from shore today and got one crappie one perch and plenty of blue. I also saw a giant fish that jump out of the water it was huge and could not identify it . The head was enormous and did not see the body. I fished in the actual cove. not point road. I am sure the report that I had last week is the same at point road. What I thought that jumped out of the water was a carp and guessing it was probably looked like it was 4 to five feet long. The bluegill were biting good today with small shiners and night crawlers the crappie were biting on the same thing. I used small swivel weights and size 6 panfish hooks. I also saw some pike jumping and splashing. The fish to look for are YELLOW PERCH, CARP,CRAPPIE ,and BLUEGILL. Thank you! - Kyle |

It was Moby Dick, Kyle.
Seriously, I'm sure that there are massive carp in Keeney Cove. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

yeah it was definitely a carp because it jumped like a dolphin but close to the water. But the bluegill are still biting good in the actual cove area. not point road. |
