I have to order a new footpeg for my Future Beach Trophy 126 DLX and just received the 2012 FUTUREBEACH BOAT PARTS LIST PRICE (dated September 6, 2011) from Nicolas at Future Beach. Unfortunately, Future Beach is in Canada, so all orders include a Shipping and Handling Fee of $24.95. That's tough to swallow when the footpegs that I need cost only $19.95. Ouch!
If there are any Trophy 126 owners out there who would like to order any parts or accessories for their boat, please let me know and I'll email you a copy of the list. I'm going to pay the $24.95 in any case, so I might as well order as much as I can. I'm considering getting an "EASY RIDER" II closed-cell foam seat for $31.50, even though Fishface (aka Tim) says that it still doesn't have enough padding on the bottom. Unfortunately, the fabric on my original seat is starting to shred from being hauled around on the roof of my car at highway speeds. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

ACK (aka Austin Canoe & Kayak) carries an Ocean Kayak Replacement Foot Brace Kit for $19.99 that appears to be similar to the one used by Future Beach on the Trophy 126:

I think that I'll skip Future Beach's $24.95 Shipping and Handling Fee. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

They bolt in, Jon. But I don't think that you'll need footpegs in your kayak. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
