Hi!
As far as I know -> Woodridge Lake (totally Private) is the only body of water in Ct. that had Tiger Muskies stocked.
Tigers are hybrids, so they do not reproduce.
Was invited twice to ice fish there, but didn't catch any.

They are regularly stocked in many bodies of water in MA. Just wondering if anybody had been up there and caught any.

| i think pickeral fight better than pike because a 28 inch pickeral is an adult pickeral and a 28 inch pike is still young so its not as strong. but if you compare an adult pike to an adult pickeral, well, we know who' s gonna win. oh and when my dad lived in worcester mass and fished webster lake he caught a couple tiger musky, very nice fish! |

| im looking for a good place to pike fish this weekend do you think this bantam river at little pond would be a good place to bring a kayak? not looking to randomly end up near any rapids in my kayak. also any info on where to park and where to launch the more details the better thanks ahead of time |

You won't see any rapids on Bantam River, smitty!  I took my wife kayaking there for the first time (yes, Kira, the only time) because it's a non-challenging paddle. There are no waves or wakes, and not much current unless it's running high. And it's not running high, right now. 
Although DirtyDawg10 (aka Derek) and I didn't find any northern pike at Little Pond when we paddled up there after bdiggy, I think that your chances of finding some would be better now that the water is colder.

| Yeah, the temps are getting more near where you'll want them for a better shot at some good pike up there. There's a small bridge with a parking lot next to it down inside White Memorial where you can launch then paddle up river to the pond from there. If you're only after pike, don't bother with the river until you get to the walk over bridge on the boardwalk. From there, up into little pond, are your best shots at good size fish. Good luck! |

There are some nice grass beds in the long straight channel before you get to the bridge. I'd drag a buzzbait over them on the way upriver.

| thanks we normally bass fish but we want to start trying to get pike once and awhile we are going out really early tomorrow morning since its supposed to be around 30 degrees out figure the cold temps will increase our odds of getting a pike |

| Went to bantam lake didnt make it to little pond but still ended up with 3 pike 2 Pickerel and 3 bass so all in all a good day |
