Yes it is a boat thing but sometimes people have an extra seat so if you really wanted to show up you could prob hop on with someone who is solo..

How many guys usually enter this mini tourney? Sounds like fun. If you're an east hartford resident, you can get a free pass at the parks and rec dept. just fyi
