|
|
Well, cosmith, sidekik, and myself went on another little two hour fishing trip yesterday. We went down to a private orebed that we just started fishing last week. We just fished from a little dock and shore. It was a beutiful night (about 6:00 PM) the water was like glass when we got there. By my second cast I landed a nice bass that was 4 pounds 4 ounces, which is tied for my biggest of the year. sidekik (my wife) landed a couple of nice 2 plus pounders. But cosmith landed the BIGGEST freaking largemouth bass I have ever seen. As he was reeling it in I got a peek at it from a distance and figured it was a 3 pounder or so. But as it got closer I could see it was bigger than I suspected. He got it to the dock and I reached down to grab it ,when I lifted it out of the water I could'nt believe the size. It was a 6 pound 1 ounce lunker. Well I will conclude this report by saying congratulations to my brother In-law corey (cosmith) on a catch of a lifetime. Now on to the 7 pounders! LOL. Here are some pics.

Cory - you should submit that fish as a CTFT Record... go to the Fresh water section and see how to make a submission... _________________ ~ Marc
