Hi all,
I was looking to maybe go launch at the cove this week but I heard you need a permit. Does anyone know how much and where I can get one? I'm assuming the town hall. Any information on the cove in general would be very helpful. Thanks! |

Just launch in Hartford next to the power plant. It's a very short run from there and it's free. You don't need a permit to launch in the cove, but you have to pay like a $20 fee. And the ramp is shallow.
