Was out at The Snip last night for a couple hours with some friends. Not really much action. One of my buddies caught a good size bass after we had left, but that was it for the night. |

How much of a pain in the butt is it to leave a boat there? I have an old Pelican Pursuit 80 DLX kayak that I never use anymore and could leave there for the season. Do they even allow kayaks at the boat storage facility? _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

I am not sure of all the details about storing boats there, I have only fished there from shore, but here is a link to the lake association.

•Removal of trees, shrubs, flowers, or other vegetation
•Vendors
•Carrying or discharging of firearms or dangerous weapons
•Overnight parking
•Bicycles on Ct. Water Co. property
•Horses on Ct. Water Co. property
•Activities of any kind on the frozen reservoir and its tributaries including ice fishing
•Fishing within the buoyed areas around the aerators and the intake channel to the spillway and intake to the Ct. Water's treatment plant
•Pets, except on trail where they are permitted if restrained on a leash and controlled by the owner
•Smoking on the Connecticut Water Company trail |
