Hello all-

Just wanted to hop on and introduce myself. I'm a relatively new angler--I fished some as a kid, but really haven't taken it seriously until last october when a buddy of mine brought me out on LIS and I caught a nice 12lb blue. Since then i've been reading, watching, and trying my luck fishing as much as i can.

I do a nice mix of fresh and saltwater, but as I'm sure many of you deal with, not having a boat really limits where and when I can fish.

I've been reading posts on this site for a little while, and it seems like you all have a great sense of community here! i'm really looking forward to learning from you all, and hopefully being able to contribute soon as well!

See you around-

living in Tolland (up near uconn). Do freshwater fishing in the area (lower bolton lake most of the time). Saltwater is primarily off the coast of Branford, Thimble Island area, the beacon right out there.
