Here's the report

Biggest bass all year! Fishing report 6/25/11
POSTED BY ROEBOATFISHING
Time 3:40-7:40am
Weather cloudy, sprinkling
Water temp:75°
Biggest fish all year so far!!! The morning started off slow, caught a few on spinnerbaits and senkos. Later things slowed way down. We moved off shore to a 30′ depth, and slowly dragged curlytail worms off the bottom. This pattern started working, and 2 fish later I was on to my best fish ever! Later in the day Sweet Lou landed his best ever on a simily technique.

Good job brotha!
I'm aslo curious of the weight. I'm guessing mid to high 3's? unless its 20" or more. Thats when they start creeping into 4lb territory.
By the way, I checked out your web site from the link you posted. Very impressed!
In both the writing and the content. I like it man. _________________ Am I obsessed, or is it normal to play with my lures every night? |

Nice Bass, looks bigger than 3.5lb in the photo. I have caught some females full of eggs that were no bigger in size but weighed more with a belly full of eggs. Last year in late July my friend pulled out a 22" female and I figured 4-5 pounds and when we weighed her she was almost 7 pounds and I was surprised. I put all bass back and NEVER keep a female full of eggs. I see greedy people keep breeders and it just makes no sense. Nice catch! |
