Tried out echo lake in mansfield, to get there take rt 89 off of 195 then crest rd to egdewood, theres a fire dept access gate I parked at, no no parking signs the the water front is part of some nature preserve.
I was hoping a small lake with little pressure would give me more success, caught a fish on my first cast, but manged only two more.
2 Bass, one on pig and jig, one on dinger wacky jigged
1 tiny pickerel on a pond magic spinner.
Its a small lake, cant be more then 50 acres, you can paddle around twice in a few hours. |
