Im going fishing this weekend at a pier on hammonasset beach. I need some help deciding what to use, and what is best to fish for. I heard that stipper fishing is good, but yet again im not sure. Please give me some suggestions on what to use for bait, and what i might catch, thanks! |

I'd also get some Spro jigs and hook some squid on them, just go to the end of the rock pier, cast and reel in while twitching, maybe catch an early fluke |

Get some herring or bunker chunk too.
Very few crabs so that could attract some stripers.
If the weather is nice, plan on company out there.
Best spot is the end but ther is only room for 3 guys max.
Bring one pole for chunk, the other lighter tackle for casting jigs or crocodile spoon.
Good luck! _________________ Tight Lines! |
