Welcome!

So, do you keep any stocked fish, like trout? Or are you like the half of the fishermen on this board who don't eat fish? I should start a poll. . . .

That is SO weird. . . .

Hey, my name's Phil and I live in Avon, so if you'd like company when you hit any of the local ponds, let me know. If you don't have a boat, I have plenty. Locally, I like Batterson Park Pond, Spring Pond and the ponds at Nod Brook WMA.

I like salt water fishing so much better than fresh. It's the thrill of not knowing what's on the end of your line when you've hooked something.

Oh I target fish but there's such a vast species of saltwater fish, you could be fishing for tuna and hook a shark! Yeah saltwater is the way to go. I'm thinking about taking a drive up to Niantic this weekend to see whats going on in the Thames, have you guys heard anything?
