Anybody thinking of using trout for bait should think twice - it's illegal. _________________ Go big or go home! |

Went back tonight. Ran into on feed at dead high which isnt usual but 2 guys in boat got 6 in like 5 mins... we had to run to the other side of the river over the train bridge cause the fish were feeding on something and jumoing outta the water by the time we got the tom got into one on a slugo here is the pic. i missed it cause was using quick snap but couldnt get it on bait cause it ripped my finger nail away from finger so wasnt changing shit fast....

Was there today with 4 other people from the site that i know of. kira got into a short and daveydave and buddy got into a bunch... Not productive day for me but was beautiful out and was in good company....... Seen baitfish moving up to the dam... Seems like to me more and more fish are coming up and lurking the bait but not snatching them up just yet... Fished behind and all around this one school making its way up.. notta would of thought it would be like steelhead sitting behind the salmon........ nope they were hitting soft plastics 7" and thats pretty much it some bigger soft baits..... Kira got hers on a rattle trap.... |
