I have. It's got a lot of bass but small ones. I talked to some older anglers and asked why being a bass management lake it had only smallish bass. He said the state doesn't really manage it anymore. I fished there a couple times in August and the lake was chocked with algae/weed growth. Sad too since it's somewhat close to me. |

No problem. I'm sure I'll end up there once or twice just doing an easy paddle with my daughter there. If it's different this year I'll be sure to post. |

bass management lakes only work if people keep the sub 12 inch bass |

unless the place is over populated with small under 12in fish
its like having a fish tank with a bunch of fish, they will only grow so big _________________

It just stinks because it's a nice easy paddle when I am out with the family, and nice that there are no motors allowed. Maybe it will turn around. |

Just ask asianfisher (aka Billy) to clear out a bunch of the sub-12 inch bass! He'll fix it! _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
