Striper salad:
Take striper fillets and cut any red meat out and discard
cut up tomatoes, red onion, garlic, jalapeno peppers and freah parsley or cilantro. The amount of each will vary on the amount of fish used.
Mix all veggies in a bowl and salt to taste.
Squeeze 1 lime onto the veggies stir and refrigerate.
season the fish with salt and pepper and poach until flakey.
Place fish in fridge to cool when cool break up the fillet and mix with the veggies drizzle a little Olive oil on it and your good to go. _________________ Ladies and gentleman take my advice.... pull down your pants and slide on the ice. |

The Simple Grill
Take a small bluefish no bigger then 5lbs. or a nice little keeper bass.
1.Cut off the head and the tail and gut the fish.
2.Cover the fish in italian dressing
3.Wrap in aluminum foil
4.cook on the grill till the skin starts to burn about 25 mins or so.
5.Peel back the skin and then just slide the backbone out.
Its a good easy way to cook fish for the Lazyman |
