Another good one is on the DEP website if you look around for evasive plant species, you can actually pull up topo maps of many lakes in CT. _________________ Go big or go home! |

I think that Flipper is referring to the CAES Survey Results, which are plant survey maps by the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station. Here's a link:

Not all of the maps have bathymetric data, but most do. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

I have also recently found the "Fishing Works" site and have been posting my findings on it. I think its a great site with lots of potential.
I have been using it for my purpose of finding some good back waters for bass fishing. Unfortunately most ponds have no posts on the site yet.
I have been going on rumors and fishing stories so far to find these little ponds with "Monster" bass, but have yet barely scratched the surface.
If I find some good ones, I'll be sure to share with you guys. _________________ Am I obsessed, or is it normal to play with my lures every night? |
