Last night 11:30 pm I was dying to go out and fish so I hit up Lakeville Lake from shore since I live within a 2 min walk from there... I was going to drive down to Mudge and fish from the dock, but Lakeville Lake is right out my front door... so i went the quick route to water... Very Happy

I pakced up all my gear and my headlamp and hit it up with the black Jitterbug the whole night. When i got out there you could hear all the fishing jumping... It was an active night for them. All i can say is i was i wish i could fished for days with these conditions!

I ended up with a total of 9 Bass in about 2 hours and most of them ran from 2.5 lbs to the largest of the night at 3.8 lbs. on the rapala digital scale which was my first catch of the night.

here are some photos i took...
(a fishing partner always makes the photos easier!) Wink

Biggest of the night - 3.8lbs

ya, it's the closest lake to me, and i rarely fish it... I guess I will start spending more time there now...

At night It's funny to listen to the conversations that all the people are having on the beach... Guys and Girls drinking beer at the beach and getting drunk and skinny dipping at 2am! LOL Laughing Laughing - I was laughin my A@@ off many times with some of the stuff I heard last night...

Nice Bass. I always wondered how that lake would fish at night.
Too bad they close the launch so early.
Lakeville is one of my favorite lakes.
