Carefull there youngun, I remember when the Victrola was all we had for entertainment before we got a 6 tube Atwater Kent. (Cutting edge radio in 1946) We were allowed to listen to it for about 1 1/2 hours every night . All other entertainment was home grown. NO we didn't have WII or puters. No TV. Those are the days i call "BC" (Before computers)
If you wanted to talk to someone in those days you had to actually travel to where they were and talk face to face. What a concept HU ??
Oh and it was a 3 1/2 mile walk to school everyday. Up hill BOTH WAYS OK so i'm kidding about up hill, it was Flat !!!. I know i'm dating myself here but i don't GAF . lol I Earned it. !!!
Carry on and just think about what those folks always called "The good old days" Hogwash !! ( Today that would mean FU** NO) _________________ "I was so poor growing up that if I wasn't a BOY I'd have had nothing to play with"

Hi Don!
If you look hard enough you'd see that that is an old "Edison" crank-up (right side) 78 rpm record player.
Don't think your quite that old Noah! -> Though I do agree with the walking to school up-hill both ways -> and thru 3 feet of snow
Mom always said to get -> "You need your daily whoopin by the Nuns at catholic school

I wasn't making fun of the record player...I grew up with record players. Granted they weren't the vintage of the one in the video. If you play a good song on a record player it still sounds good. If you play a bad song on a high tech sound system it's still a bad song
I found out my ears were bleeding because they tried to commit suicide after hearing that song |
