Anyone know of anywhere that is ice free up in the Brooklyn, CT area? I am going to be up there this weekend and with the warmer weather wanted to throw some lures around.
I would pretty much be fishing from shore, as I am not ready to put the kayak in the water yet. |

I've only seen the rivers in the area ice free no ponds have opened up yet that I've noticed |

There's still more than 15 inches of ice and frozen slush on every pond and lake I've fished in the past week. Open water's still a long way off. I feel your pain. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
