Hit Quonnipaug for a little while early this morning. Only had about 2 hours. Managed to catch 3 bass and 2 pickeral. Unfortunately I didn't have a camera, but none were over 2 pounds or so anyway. Had 30 or so hits on a superfluke (fishing it along the pads), but for some reason today I just couldn't set the hook. A friend of mine caught 4 pickeral. Nice morning to be out.

I have been on a bad run lately with setting the hook... must be something in the water
