does anyone suugest a hand auger that is reliable and cuts good i need to buy a new one just incase my gas powered one decieds not to work |

Hi 18!
Take the auger off the power head.
Get an adapter that allows you to use an 18 volt (or better) cordless drill.
It's what I use (6 inch auger) and can get 10 to 12 holes drilled off 1 battery in 6 to 8 inches of ice.
Oh! I do carry a spare charged battery with me!

Nils pretty much has the best hand augers on the market....in mine and a lot of peoples opinions. Just dont slam the blades on the ice it will ruin them. _________________ You can play on your computer and hang out with your girlfriend if you want....Im gonna go fishin. |

strikemasters mora works pretty good and costs about 60 bucks, i think there on sale at dicks too |
