| have any one gone out black fishin'? Its been pretty good in milford. Has anyone gone anywhere else? Tried lighthouse and branford point but weren't that good. |

| went out for togs on wednesday- mystic river - alot of shorts--(1 ) keeper 14.5" with some fat oyster toads |

3 times out 3 limits in short order( under 2 hours for 3 guys on the boat). Clinton is loaded. Fish up to 8lbs but most in the 5lb range.

went again to milford today...got a couple keepers. 5-6 pounds ...
fishing for blacks are fun but has anyone gotten any blues or stripers? I can't get anything.  |

Went out to sluiceway yeasterday morning after sunrise (outgoing tide). Had feeding blues to 10 pounds all to myself. I threw poppers. Action died at slack.
So I tried toggin' for the first time (slack and incoming). I went to:
North East side of Fishers
Ram Island
Jordan Cove
Caught 1 short and that's it. I need to learn more about toggin' that's for sure. I did know enough to use green crabs. |
