This past Saturday I went fishing up in Lake Champlain with my soon to be cousin in law. We were fishing the lake by the mouth of a river called the Great Chazy. Managed 2 pike (Small ones) and 6 bass with the largest going 3.5 lbs. Over all it was a great day. 17 fish between the two of use. |

The water was colder, i would say probably around 50 degrees or so, we didn't have a finder or depth finder with a temp sensor. The fish were holding on grass flats but not on the beds up there just yet. shallow though, around 4 FOW or less. three of the bass were in the main river along the edge holding tight to cover. None on beds. |
