Went out for the first time this season on a boat, yay Very Happy , instead of my kayak. I was actually able to practice some pitchin'. Got on the water around 9:00 am
and fished till 12:30 pm. 10 mins in i was pitchin' a jig around some submerged logs and caught a nice 4 lb largie. No other bites until my last 10 mins on the water , where I was using a black worm and casting towards some weeds in a shallow area, where I caught a 1 1/2 lb largie and a nice 3 lber. It was nice to end the day on a catch. Also there were these two older guys in a boat nearby who were up my ass, as I cuaght my last two fish. I mean literally as I was pulling the fish in they had trolled over and immediatley started casting where I had hooked the fish. I don't know, Is that good fishing etiquette? What do you guys think?

Sorry no pics this time

LOL !! dont you love those dudes who have that much faith in your fishing prowess???

that happened last winter on the ice. couldnt tell who's flag was flying.
Happens alot in the salt too... LIS is 60 miles long and 8 miles wide, and we gotta swap gel coat???

Comes with the territory I guess...

Good day on the water anyway.

Hey Weekend, sounds like you had a great day, as for the 2 older gentlemen fishing right on you, you should say something, or you could be a pr$%^ like me and start throwing your baits at their boat to give them a hint, if they dont get the hint, get really close to them, about 5 ft away and start fishing with them, and when they say something just laugh, they will realize after awhile. Why people do that is a mystery to me. I call it inconsiderate.

My favorite is when people drill holes about 3 feet from your tipups when ice fishing and they got another 940 acres to choose a spot for example like Bantam . Evil or Very Mad
