The bass aren't snobby. They care what's infront of them as long as it somewhat resembles food/a threat. Twisted Evil

Sorry, for descriptive purposes its a glorified 15 dollar rapala that is really supposed to be impressive....

One for example...

LOL. Hey Lyman: I had one that looked like that back in the 50s, but it was wood and was red and white HA HA the more things change the more they stay the same!!! Very Happy BTW mine had painted eyes and HOOKS LOL.

I'll admitt that their quality is up there and they have some color patterns not found anywhere else. I just don't think that is enough to offset the high price tag. I look at it this way. I could buy 3 of another brand or 1 Luck craft. Beside the thought of a $15/$20 lure getting bitten off by a Pickerell or Pike just doesn't sit well.

I don't think so. I have tried the pointers before and feel the Bass Pro ones are just as good

i dont think some of them are worth the money...a bass usually cannt see the 20 dollar finish of a lure if its a topwater but i will say of of them flat catch more fish. like some of their cranks

I have witnessed many times a Lucky Craft out performing a $5 bait. Might just be a confidence thing though.

Like what mid-conn said. I tend to use them more often than the other baits only because I want to make damn sure I get my moneys worth! Very Happy

Mike Kane from Tournament Force explained it this way:
"Have you ever had several of the same crankbaits and ONE of them out-catches the others by a wide margin?? Well, what you pay for with the LC's is consistency from bait to bait and you never have to worry that the next one will perform any differently than the last one!"
