Went out to moodus on saterday and sunday of last week. Saterday was very cold, the water temp. was 45-49 and the best was ok. I was using an x rap with a 2 twitch pause action and cought 6 bass between two people and about 10 pickerel. the biggest on the day was a 2 1/2 pounder that was cought off of a tree with the x rap. Sunday i went out by myself the water temp was 42-45 and i was using the same lure same retrieve and i cought 4 pickerel and 5 bass. I went over to the same tree and got a 3 pounder off it with a 3/8 ounce black and blue toads jig with a watermelon seed swimming trailer. Hope to get out there again this week and catch some more.

Nice job Rippin Hawgs. Were you at the Reynolds Open House on Saturday? Thought I saw someone who looks like you in your avatar.

Wow.... Moodus might be packed this weekend...
If I make it, I will be in the "retro" Tracker with the Merc on the back. listen for the dude M-F'in the planet when the line twist sets in or the 9 pounder breaks my rod, then my line..,.
