Hi,
Went to a local pond in ledyard, hoping for better luck then Amos. stayed for 1 hour and missed my first fish of 2010 . I was throwing a 1/4 oz tandem spinner with my Ugly-stik on 8 lb mono. will definantly go there the next time I am free |

IF you fish the way you fly remote copters, it stands to reason the fish wouldn't get hooked on your baits...
Are you at the controls of that invert?
This time of year, slow goin and small is what works best.
Wont be long before we are complainin that the dog days are here, and the bass are not hittin. |

I dont fly copters REALLY good but I am getting there. And no that is not me at the controls of it, all my pics came out blurry. My spinner was 20 ft from shore and I saw the fish bass bite at it (mabey 3 lbs) but only got the skirt ( few strands missing) All I can do is hope for better luck nex time. |
