I hit Squantz this morning to see if I still can catch bass. Before I get to the report, this is funny and not at the same time. Heading to the pond a guy in front of me wrecks all on his own. I think he was not paying attention. He whiped on a S shaped turn. He slamed his SUV into someones retaining wall, and keep driving. After a couple off minutes he stoped. I was right behind him. Luckely I know that corner so I slowed down, And I missed him.
Now here is the report:
I fished plastics, rattle traps, and crankbaits. I started at the far end and worked my way to the launch. Nothing. I fished Park Pond on the way home and same thing. The only thing I can think of it was not deep enough I fished 5 to 10 feet. All in all a great day to be outside.
I also found skim ice in CT

I thought the same thing. Park Pond had a skim right in the middle.
