Hi Bass 4 me!
Aw-Come-On! -> You've got to be kidding me with that question 
Go on line to the Ct. DEP site or get a copy of the Ct. Angler's Guide.
Has all the opening and closing dates as well as special ponds that are open till March 31st.
Also, its not a bad idea to keep a copy with you when you go fishing, so you have all the rules and regs. handy
