| Decided since I never hit coventry at all this season I had to get out there atleast once so I ended up going at night for walleye. got out and set up around 8:45 and fished until about 11:30. Not a single flag....Still had about 8" of ice and since it was below freezing there was no slush or slop at all on top so it was not bad getting around. Kind of upset with my self that I never got out there earlyer in the season since it's one of my favorite larger places to fish but oh well...Not my last trip though can't end on a crappy time like that. probably hit a small pond early in the week here in stafford before I put my gear away. if anyone wants to join me let me know |

Hey there.
Nope. the Fat Lady Sang for me yesterday. Unless we get a really cold snap for a week, and she comes out for an encore, Im gonna be getting my hands greasy this week inside a Merc.
Time to put away traps cletes and augers, and break out rods reels and battery chargers. |
