that is one treacherous body of water to be walkin on.
dont know of too many people brave enough to go there, especially since parts of it almost never freeze over. |

Was on Hogback about 2 weeks ago with 8" of ice but the entire North end was open water as it usually is. There was 6 in my crew and we only had about 3 or 4 flags all day. There were a few other crews out there as well with one crew in particular caught a few trout just above the pump house about 20-30 yards out. I don't know how the ice is as of this weekend with the warm rain that moved in so use caution but I would guess that there is good ice. I fished a pond down South by gillettes castle this weekend with 3 - 4" and we had a pretty productive day. Be Safe and HAPPY FISHING _________________ Its a whole lot more than just being "LUCKY" |
