Hi ff!
TRIPLE OUCH 
Pike Bait
Connecticut Outfitters would be the closest.
BUT You better call first
"ALL" the tackle shops in CT, VT, N.H., Maine,R.I., Mass. and N.Y. are having a SUPER HARD TIME trying to get big pike bait.
That fact has been posted on a lot of ice fishing forums.
AND IF YOU FIND ANY IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE
Lot of guys are catching and using Yellow Perch, Suckers, and Blue Gills as Pike bait because they can't get big minnows 5 inches or better in size.
Since Pike are also bottom scavangers I'd suggest go to your nearest supermarket and buy some fresh smelt. They'll come with the heads off but the Pike won't care
Oh! Even some fresh Mackerel has been used successfully!

| was at bantam got pike minows in thomaston dozen almost 20 bucks!!! |
