I'm sure you're not looking to buy a new one, but I just saw in the Northern Bass Supply Christmas Flyer, they have the pre holiday clearance price Minn Kota Maxxum Bow mount foot controled 55lb thrust, 12 volt, 42 inch length for like $599, or maybe it was $549, I forget now and I don't have the flyer with me.
